Head to Downtown Ventura to see Santa, snow, the all-new lights on the Mission Bay Fig Tree and the Historical Mission Norfolk Pines, along with choirs and dancing during one of the most popular holiday events in Ventura.
Dudley House Victorian Holiday Boutique —Friday, November 30 to Sunday, December 2, and Friday to Sunday, December 7 to 9, 10am to 6pm, Dudley House, Ventura
Come tour this “living history museum” when it’s beautifully decorated for the holidays. The 24th Dudley House Victorian Holiday Boutique features numerous handmade crafts for purchase.
Winter Wine Walk, Ventura—Saturday, December 1, noon, Downtown Ventura
“The social event of the year and world’s largest wine walk is back,” with more than 70 tasting locations including wine, champagne, and craft beer and a great holiday street fair. The schedule includes:
- Holiday Street Fair: 12pm–8pm on Main Street
- Snowfall: 6:45pm–8pm
- Ventura Winter Wine Walk: Starts at 4pm
“The street will be lined with vendors and live entertainment. At 4 pm, the gets started! Santa Barbara is a quick and easy drive from The Farm, so head north for one of the most fun holiday events in Ventura at the Zoo. “A rare blizzard hits the Zoo with 80 tons of snow for sledding and snow play for this frosty fun family festival. Spend a magical hour in your jammies on this evening train ride to the North Pole. “Meet Santa and his elves! Enjoy storytelling, caroling, cookies & chocolate milk while on board. At the Fillmore Depot, visit Santa’s Village to ride the Carousel & shop the Christmas Craft Booths.”
Return Santa to the North Pole—Wednesday, December 26, Fillmore & Western Railway
The kids will love this one-hour train ride to “Return Santa to the North Pole.” Come in your pajamas and prepare to enjoy some time with Santa, with activities including storytelling, caroling, and cookies and chocolate milk. At Santa’s Village, you can ride the carousel and shop at the Christmas craft booths.
